Getting Into The Word

There is a great concern facing the church today  with Christians who sit “under the Word” but are not getting “into” the Word.”  Those who go to a church and hear the Word taught and exhorted but that is as far as it goes with them.

The problem with this is people who sit “under the Word” and do not get “into the Word” may never have the Word lived “through” them.

The Word of God can and will have a profound impact when we choose to live it and believe it!

  • It can enlighten our understanding about issues, both spiritual and secular, like nothing else on earth.
  • It can feed our soul, inspire our heart, and sustain our flesh.
  • It can deliver us when we’re bound, heal us when we’re hurt, and calm us when we’re concerned.

It’s no exaggeration to say, “It’s the cure-all, the remedy, for every situation.”
